5) Memonet (broadband, France)

 

A PPP scheme for the design, financing, construction and operation of a backbone fibre network (for high speed broadband applications) servicing the Meurthe et Moselle department.

6) Plan metro (trains, Spain)

 

Purchase and lease of 60 new metro trains manufactured by CAF for Metro de Madrid.

7) Sophi

8) Soparsol

 

Soparsol is a joint investment for an 11 MWc photovoltaic program which involves designing, building and operating 6 photovoltaic plants on roof tops and parking lots of 6 Casino supermarkets.The construction was done by SMAC which will garantee the water proofing of the roof for the full 20y plus tenor of the contract, and by Schneider for the photovoltaic equipment. Four plants are based in la Réunion, one in Mayotte and one in Metropolitan France.

9) Origo (University of Versailles St Quentin en Yvelines, France)

 

Concession project under a PPP scheme for the financing and construction at St Quentin en Yvelines of a building dedicated to medical research and teaching for the University of Versailles St Quentin.

10) Curbans 

This was the largest photovoltaic plant built in France. The project is promoted by GDF Suez, constructed and maintained by Maetell. The 60 hectare land is rented from the municipality of Curbans south east of France. The plant is at an altitude of 900m with very high sun radiation of 1427kWh/kWp.

11) Polemed (hospital logistic centre, France)

 

SEIEF is a member of a Vinci/Dalkia consortium which has been awarded by AP-HM (Assistance Publique - Hôpitaux de Marseille) the conception, construction and operation of their new logistic centre.

12) Opale Defense (new French Ministry of Defence, France)

 

A PPP scheme for the design, financing, construction, restructuring, renovation, exploitation and maintenance of the new French Ministry of Defence, in Paris at Balard, in the 15th district, as well as the realization of associated services. The construction is spread over a 16,5-hectare plot of land.

13) Nice Eco Stadium (stadium, France)

 

SEIEF is a co-investor together with VINCI Concessions and CDC (Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations) in a new stadium for the City of Nice. The project involves the design, financing, construction and operation of a brand new 35,000 seats facility.

14) Allicso (Vichy bypass road, France)

 

SEIEF was awarded as a member of a consortium led by Colas, the design, construction and maintenance of the bypass road around Vichy.

15) Centrales Photovoltaïques Toitures N°1 (photovoltaic, France)

 

SEIEF has agreed to invest in the project company Centrales Photovoltaiques Toitures N°1 which has acquired 15 rooftop photovoltaic plants from EDF-EN with a total of 11MWp installed. The plants are designed, built and maintained by EDF-EN which will retain 19% ownership in the project company.
